1win Army is an independent review desk. We welcome reader correspondence, corrections, partnership enquiries and press requests. This page lists every official channel through which our team can be reached.

Editorial corrections

If you have found a factual error in any review on this site, please write to edits[at]1win.army with the page URL and a clear description of what is wrong. Where possible include a source we can verify. We review every correction request and we update or annotate any page that contains a confirmed error within 72 hours. Corrections to active reviews are noted with a dated change line at the bottom of the page so that readers can see what changed.

Reader questions

For general questions about content on the site, about our scoring methodology, or about how to interpret a specific finding in a review, write to desk[at]1win.army. We aim to reply within five working days. Please note that we cannot give individual advice on specific bets, on tax filing, on legal status in your state of residence, or on disputes with an operator over winnings; those questions need to go to the operator directly or to a qualified professional.

Operator disputes

If you have an unresolved complaint against an operator we cover, the correct first step is the operator’s own complaint channel. If that fails, the next step is the regulator that licenses the operator: for Curacao-licensed operators that is the Curacao Gaming Control Board, complaints[at]gamingcontrolboard.cw, who maintain a free arbitration process for players. We are happy to publish your experience in summary form on our review of the relevant operator once the dispute is resolved, with or without your name as you prefer.

Press and partnerships

Journalists working on gambling industry coverage may write to press[at]1win.army. We respond to verifiable press enquiries with deadlines first. Commercial partnership enquiries (operators wishing to discuss affiliate terms) should go to partners[at]1win.army. Please note: we do not accept paid placements in editorial content under any circumstances; commercial discussion is limited to standard CPA and revenue share terms on the same basis we already operate with every covered operator.

Security disclosures

If you have discovered a security vulnerability on 1win.army please write to security[at]1win.army. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours, patch confirmed issues as quickly as the severity warrants, and credit reporters by name in our changelog unless they request anonymity. We do not currently operate a paid bug bounty programme but we treat responsible disclosure with seriousness.
