Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 May 2026. This privacy policy describes how 1win Army collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website. We are an editorial review desk, not an operator, and we do not run any gambling services ourselves.
Who we are
1win Army (the site at https://1win.army) is an independent review publication owned and operated by a team of iGaming editors based in India. We publish reviews, comparisons and tutorials about offshore betting and casino operators that accept Indian players. We are not affiliated with any operator and we never accept payment in exchange for positive reviews.
What information we collect
When you visit 1win Army we collect minimal technical information automatically through your browser. This includes your IP address (which we truncate before storage), your approximate region derived from that IP, the page you requested, the page that referred you to us, the time of the visit, your browser user agent and your operating system. We use this information in aggregate form to understand which articles are useful to readers and which need to be improved.
We do not require you to register, create an account, supply your name, supply your email address or supply any payment information in order to read our reviews. If you choose to contact us through the email address published on our Contact page you will share whatever information is included in that email; we treat such correspondence as confidential and we use it only to reply to your message.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses two categories of cookies. First, strictly necessary cookies that remember your menu state and your accordion preferences during a single browsing session; these expire when you close the browser. Second, an optional analytics cookie that anonymously counts pageviews so we can prioritise which reviews to update. You can disable cookies entirely in your browser settings without losing access to any content on this site.
Affiliate links and tracking parameters
1win Army earns its operating costs through affiliate commissions. Some outbound links on this site pass through a /go/ redirect that appends a tracking parameter (?op=) identifying which article you clicked from. The receiving operator may set its own cookies on its own domain; that is governed by the operator’s own privacy policy and is outside our control. We never share your IP address, device information or browsing history with operators.
How we use information
We use the limited information described above to operate the website, to measure aggregate readership, to prevent abuse such as automated scraping, to comply with legal obligations and to improve our editorial work. We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors to any third party. We do not profile individual users.
How long we keep information
Server logs containing truncated IP addresses are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Aggregate analytics data is retained in anonymised form indefinitely. Email correspondence is retained for 18 months and then deleted unless an ongoing matter requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any correspondence you have sent us, to confirm what information about you we currently hold, or to correct anything we hold that is inaccurate. To exercise these rights please write to the address on our Contact page. We respond to requests within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply standard server hardening. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to make a breach unlikely and we will notify affected users promptly if one ever occurs.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new “last updated” date.
